Today is 103 degrees, I am dreaming of being a mermaid!!  Last night was family movie night, the movie was Aquamarine..... since then I have had mermaids on the brain.

My Little Birthday Girl

   Yesterday we celebrated my daughter Heidi's 10th Birthday!! It was a momentous birthday... she made it to double digits. Our family tradition is to use our personalized birthday plate for the week leading up to the birthday. Here she is at her party with her vintage Little Worm & Co. plate.

Pumpkins

It's hard to believe it is October already!!!! Last week, here in Pennsylvania, we had the most lovely, gorgeous, perfect weather. Off to a local Pumpkin Patch we went. At this time of year, the countryside is dotted with big beautiful pumpkins and lots and lots of mums.

I know it's not officially spring quite yet but... this weekend sure felt like it. I spent Saturday at a local Amish Farm visiting all of the new lambs!! So so cute, most of them were only 3 days old. After a long winter there is nothing like being outside in nature.
